Mam healthsource fee: one of mam's member benefits is a healthcare program. Mam healthsource (mamhs), a healthcare plan, which was formed for the benefit of manufacturing companies. Mam does not directly offer health insurance plans, but as a bona fide association, mam administers the mamhs multiple employer welfare arrangement (mewa) program. Mam's expenses are fully reimbursed under the executed expense reimbursement agreement, the mamhs fee. Mamhs currently serves 64 manufacturing groups and their families.

Partnership and sponsorship revenue: mam selects and engages specific nonmember, nonmanufacturing entities to partner with the association in an allied network partners (anp) or sponsor program to share expertise in areas relevant to business operations. Anp's and sponsors may include entities that specialize in law, accounting, insurance, human resources, capital equipment, logistics, marketing and sales, etc. The anp's make an annual dues to mam in order to support and network with the membership and become an available resource for problem resolutions within the manufacturing industry.
