Communication, Education and Workforce Initiatives - Communicated with and educated members, policy leaders and the public on issues that affect the organization, delivery and financing of health care services. Identified, supported, promoted and provided education for initiatives that assist members in improving health care services for Missourians.

Quality Improvement and Emergency Preparedness - Assist members with quality improvement efforts to improve health outcomes for patients and enhance the health status of the population of Missouri while reducing costs and disparities and increasing efficiencies using triple aim principles.
