Missouri Independent Bankers Association Incorporated

The association offers a workshop for member banks' board of directors each year in the spring at a location convenient to the statewide membership. Workshop directors and management are presented in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. In 2024, there were 118 participants.

The association's education program provides live and on-demand webinars. These webinars are affordable, efficient, and effective training opportunities brought in-house to community banks. One or two live seminars presented via internet or recorded on-demand are offered each week. The association also holds an annual security conference for community bank security officers. Topics focus on both bank security and it security. The association also holds compliance update/seminar quarterly.
