Pays on behalf of governmental and nonprofit organizations to help develop public recreation resources in the area that includes the nine missouri-madison rivers dams, reservoirs and 350 miles of river located within the state of montana. This benefits all of the citizens of the state of montana together with a large number of out of state tourists and recreationalists each year.
