(Code: 541100) PAIMI: Provides services to individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness who are residents of 24-hour treatment and care facilities, or at risk of being placed in 24-hour residential facilities. Mo P&A conducts abuse, neglect, and death investigations, provides advocacy and legal services for disability-related violation of rights, residential facility and services monitoring, and information and referral services.

(Code 541100) PAIR: Assists individuals with disabilities who are not eligible for the PADD, PAIMI, or CAP program services. The program priorities and objectives focus on special education services for students with disabilities, providing legal representation for denial of services administration hearings, engaging in systemic initiatives, monitoring, abuse, and death investigations, and providing information & referral services.

PAAT: Assisting individuals with disabilities and their family members, guardians, advocates, and authorized representatives in accessing assistive technology devices and assistive technology services through case management, legal representation, self-advocacy training, and information and referral services. CAP: Provided advocacy or legal services to individuals with disabilities, who are applicants or clients of Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, and Independent Living Centers. PATBI: Assisting individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and their family members. Services include assistance addressing disability-related violation of rights issues using advocacy, legal services, investigations, and information and referral services. PAVA: Individuals with disabilities are provided advocacy, legal and information & referral services to ensure their full participation in the electoral process. PABSS : Beneficiaries of Social Security are provided advocacy, legal, and information referral services regarding work-related issues. SPBSS: Mo P&A staff conduct monitoring reviews of both individual and organizational Social Security Representative payees, interview and educate both Representative Payee and Beneficiaries about Social Security requirements and the obligations of Representative Payees to ensure Social Security requirements are followed. WIPA: providing work incentive planning and assistance to Beneficiaries of Social Security to encourage Beneficiaries to retain their jobs and returned to work.
