Msba helps public schools succeed through leadership, school board training and advocacy. Msba also provides services and programs designed to help public schools make the most effective and efficient use of their resources.

Medicaid consortium - msba established the medicaid consortium to assist school districts with the complicated paperwork associated with claiming and ensure that the claiming is submitted.
Safe schools program - msba's center for education safety established and delivered safe school programs addressing active shooter response training and school safety measures. Services include training and workshops to enable school safety personnel to develop and implement safety initiatives and programs; provided guidance on policy issues surrounding safety initiatives, and created an information sharing network to enhance the visibilitiy of safe school resources for all school safety stakeholders in missouri.
