State Convention - Leadership development and educational activities for the membership - approximately 200 in attendance.

State Newsletter - published 3 times a year with a digital version also available. Mailed to members and friends of the organization.

Executive committee expenses - elected members of the state board to attend local, district, state and national meetings to promote and conduct the work of the organization. Direct cash expenses covered include: travel, meals, lodging and registration.

Payment to Affiliates - The state organization allocates funds to each of the districts to use in conducting the district's program of activities

Insurance - purchase of general liability insurance policy in order to host our state convention, summer tour and to exhibit at various farm tours.

State hosted the Annual summer tour. Approximately 100 people in attendance. As it occurred at the beginning of the new fiscal year - all expenses and some sponsorship/registration will be reported in the 2025 tax year form. But some registration and sponsorship occurred in this tax year.
