Mitch Charter School

Our school employs a full time school counselor theough the student investment account grant. They have implemented a social emotional learning program throughout the school and connect our families in need with clothing, food, holiday gift, and financial resources.

Mitch staff and students partner with local non-profit organizations like neighbors nourishing communities to supply plants and seeds for local gardeners. Nnc members, our school's families, and students grow these plants in our school, garder to raise produce for the local food pantry. In partnership with nnc, we have donated over 10,000 pounds of produce to the local food bank. This program teaches our students the value of service and feeding community.
