MAYES - A workforce training and work-based learning program which was funded by the Alabama Legislature and the project has a memorandum of agreement between the Organization and Bishop State Community College.

SWAPTE Program - The Organization through its Graduate Ready Career Development Program, in partnering with MAEF Public Charter Schools, Inc., will provide career development services and paid internships to WIOA eligible students enrolled at ACCEL Day and Evening Academy (ACCEL). ACCEL is Alabamas first public charter high school serving students who are on-track to graduation, have dropped out or considering dropping out because they are behind or because they have adult responsibilities that make attending school in the daytime difficult. Career development and planning will lead to paid internships that provide students work-based experiences for eight hours per week over 10 weeks. Students will be provided intensive internship preparation services including career exploration and workplace skills training before and during the internship experience. Students will be placed in internships based upon their career interests.

BTG - This program serves students in grades K-5. Students meet Monday through Thursday and participate in academic intervention. Following intervention, students particpate in STEM, art, sports and homework help.

STEM - This program is a workforce and economic development iniative to bring relevance to the K-12 math and science curriculum. The program will inspire, engage, and prepare students to take the course work needed to support the growing demand for highly skilled and technology prepared workers for the aerospace, shipbuilding, steel, manufacturing and other industries located, and locating in our area.

ACCEL - Accelaration Day and Evening Academy (ACCEL) is Alabamas first tuition-free public charter school, serves high school students in grades 9-12 from Mobile, Baldwin, and Washington Counties. It provides a challenging college preparatory curriculum, individualized instruction, small class sizes, and engaging use of technology in a safe, supportive environment to ensure students graduate college and career ready. Through ACCEL, students can graduate more quickly or catch up if they have fallen behind or dropped out.

80/20 - For Mobile to realize 75,000 degrees/credentials within our communities by 2030, we must implement and facilitate pathways to credentialing, transfer and completion for all students. The impact strategies of such pathways must provide approaches guided by objectives that result in increased completion rates for 18-24 year old students, with a focus on low-income and African - American students. There must be a seamless multi tiered system of supports for college students at every transition phase to ensure they stay on track to graduate.

Student Achievement - The Organization brings outside resources into local schools and communities to focus on areas like student achievement, professional development for teachers and principals, parental involement and public education. The Organization uses proven instructional models to promote high standards and high achievement for every child.
