Expansion to Centennial Square in Blaine; This was a big year for Mobile Hope that has generated a lot of momentum behind the programs and services being offered. We spent many months planning for the launch of our third location at Centennial Square in Blaine, MN. This park is the largest mobile home community in the state of MN with 568 homes, which brings the total number of households that have access to Mobile Hope's services to 1000. We were able to hire our Site Director for this third location at the end of May, allowing for the growth of relationships prior to the launch of our programs in the fall.

Expenses: $57K

Move of Dayton Hope Center; Our second site in Dayton, MN received a large upgrade, with the move of our community center building to a larger and more strategic location within the community. This required the temporary pause of our programs while this renovation was completed but has now re-opened with increased space, new staff, and a location next to the community playground for outdoor activities.

Expenses: $57K

Launch of Family Thrive; One of our four program pillars is to connect families to resources. This year, we were able to launch our Family Thrive program, through which families and individuals can receive targeted one-on-one support from our Family Advocate. Families are given assistance to register for benefits, complete resumes and applications, apply for jobs, and be connected to support for addiction and county services.
