To unite in common cause, all local law enforcement agencies utilizing a SWAT Team as a police tool. The organization wishes to promote friendship and camaraderie and coordinate the exchange of training and utilization techniques of SWAT Teams while improving the image and general knowledge of SWAT Teams to the general public.
