Moline ministries 2, inc. (the "corporation") was organized on september 25, 2015, as an illinois non-stock, nonprofit organization for the purpose of acquiring and operating a rental housing project under section 221(d)(4) pursuant to section 223(a)(7) of the national housing act. Such projects are regulated by hud as to rent charges and operating methods. The project consists of 40 units located in moline, illinois and is currently operating under the name sanders apartments (the "property"). The underlying property was sold in december of 2021, and the organization is in the process of winding down its operations.
