Moment by moment is a 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation established in 2006.from behind our lenses professional photographers capture the love, hope, determination and courage of families with a child facing a potential life limiting illness or a chromically life impacting condition. Each family received at no charge: a session, flash drive with all of the full resolution images & a gift card to make prints.
