The organization holds various other events including the state president's conference, a commodity seminar, career development event days, and district leadership seminars.

State officer program the association elects new state officers each year. The officers are responsible for attending meetings and events throughout the year. The organization pays for these expenses including hotels, meals, travel, and supplies.
