To seek out, properly receive, invest, and distribute grants of gifts made to the corporation in accordance with the corporation's bylaws, policies, and vision and values; this shall include, without limitation, the receiving of monetary gifts, grants, memorials, monetary awards and other income.

To provide scholarships and travel expenses to meetings for medical students in the montana-based medical schools, or its equivalent and to provide money to help allow physician groups or associations to continue their educational programming.
