Montessori Academy Of Arlington Inc

We have provided before and after school care for approximately 108 children. The Montessori Academy expanded our herd of animals to include two goats and five chickens. The students in the extended day program help to care for these animals by walking the goats and feeding the animals, fostering a sense of responsibility and empathy as children learn to meet the needs of living creatures.

The Montessori Academy provided a summer Montessori program for approximately 130 students. During the 2024 summer program The Montessori Academy elementary students explored new and interesting topics along with taking family field trips for a more hands-on experience related to their summer topics. Cooking and sewing courses were added to the enrichment programs. Children in the infant through early childhood programs continued their learning that is practiced throughout the school year, ensuring continued growth in all academic and social development.
