Farm labor housing duplexes- provides housing to farm workers in olathe, colorado, in response to the needs of the agricultural community for a reliable source of farm labor workers. Constists of 12 duplexes built on scattered sites thoughout olathe, including 24 three- and four- bedroom family rental units.

Olathe meadows- 24 unit senior housing project in olathe, colorado that has had a zero-vacancy rate since opening in 1982. Consists of six one-story fourplex units. Several units provide handicap accomodations.
