Certification program - open to all memorialists who meet the requirements. Program fosters education and professional standards of the industry. There are currently 100 people holding the certification.

Member benefits - includes consumer education, advocacy, and response. The memorial protection plan advocates for members facing needs in their business with the industry and also promotes awareness of the industry to consumers as well as encourages interaction with consumers and members.
