Housing programs, general/other: housekeeping and maintenance is responsible for infection control and a clean and healthy environment for 115 apartments, 16 cottages, 172 carriage homes, 12 townhouses, a 59-bed personal care facility, and a 119-bed health care facility. Maintenance is responsible for keeping the facility in good condition (851,388 square feet).

Meal distribution programs: moravian manor communities provides 3 meals daily with personalized diet plans for skilled nursing, personal care and assisted living residents. In addition, mmc provides a $2,750 declining meal balance plan for the garden court apartment residents and $125 declining meal plan for the warwick woodlands and founders campus residents (as of 2019) as part of their monthly fee.
