To execute season productions and community education, mordance relies on professional services that are integral to program delivery and compliance: production/technical contractors, legal review of performance and licensing agreements, accounting/reporting to meet grantor and regulatory standards, and it services to manage ticketing and outreach. Comprehensive insurance (general liability, participant accident, workers compensation, and directors & officers) protected participants and venues and satisfied venue and grant requirements. These costs are necessary inputs to present safe, high-quality performances and classes and to maintain uninterrupted program operations.
