Awards and scholarships for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes directly related to Morgantown High School for purposes of fostering and enhancing educational opportunities of MHS students and faculty. Awards and scholarships are made to students, faculty, staff, educational departments and MHS itself. Examples include tuition, board, and books, scholarships to students, attending institutions of higher education.

Designated fund payments for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes directly related to Morgantown High School for purposes of fostering and enhancing educational opportunities of MHS students and faculty. Designated fund payments are made to or on behalf of students, faculty, staff, educational departments, and MHS itself. Examples include math and science departments' materials, reunion expenses, distinguished alumni wall items, auditorium renovation planning, and other charitable and educational initiatives.
