Communications: Promote the organization by donating to schools and other organizations that support the neighborhood residents and by disseminating information about MLPA and the neighborhood via website, newsletters, postcards, new resident welcome packets. Also in 2024, modernized logo to better promote MLPA presence and activities

Beautify and enhance neighborhood parks, walkways and gathering areas. Optimize commercial development impacting neighborhood residents. Improve traffic flow and increase safety for pedestrian crosswalks.
