For families that do not require shelter the outreach center provides individual and group counseling, social services advocacy, food, clothing, transportation, supervised visitation programs as well as legal assistance and advocacy. Free educational seminars and violence prevention programs hosted by the organization's staff are offered to the public as well.

The organization operates a thrift store in support of its other domestic violence programs.
