Medical Forensic Services: The Organization?s medical team provided 362 medical encounters in 2024, including 325 medical forensic exams and 37 follow-up visits. Of these, 222 were acute (within 120 hours of assault) and 103 were delayed pediatric exams for past-abuse disclosures. Patients ranged in age from 2 to 60; 58 percent were children or adolescents and 81 percent resided in Gwinnett County. The program also supported 27 adult victims who initially chose not to report to law enforcement; 7 later elected to report. Clinicians collected and secured evidence in accordance with chain-of-custody requirements and linked patients to crisis advocacy and therapy resources.

Prevention Education: The Organization delivered 12 prevention education sessions to 955 participants across K-12 schools, colleges, and community groups. Topics included teen dating violence, family and school violence, mental-health and self-care for teens, and healthy relationships. Programs were offered in English and Korean for immigrant and refugee communities.

Technical Assistance & Peer Support: Mosaic Georgia hosted seven Executive Director Conversations for peer nonprofit leaders (35 participants total) and provided technical assistance to sexual-assault and child-advocacy programs across Georgia on program design, SANE operations, and trauma-informed service delivery.

Community Outreach & Public Awareness: The Organization engaged more than 1,000 individuals through healing and wellness events and maintained a strong social-media presence for awareness campaigns. Highlights included: a Facebook Live Caring & Courageous Conversations event ( 250 viewers); the Pinwheel Project (~1,000 adults); Clothesline Project and What Were You Wearing? installations on college campuses and at community events. Mosaic Georgia earned the National Sexual Violence Resource Center 's 30 Days of SAAM award and won the Gas South Impact Investment Award ($100,000) for community impact marketing. Staff participated in numerous county resource fairs and prevention events, including those hosted by Gwinnett County Public Schools, Gwinnett Technical College, and local law enforcement agencies.

Therapeutic Services & Wholeness Collective: The Organization delivered 1,701 counseling-related sessions, including crisis intervention, caregiver check-ins, family counseling, individual therapy, and group therapy. Individual therapy: 1,152 sessions for 108 unique clients (? 37 % youth, 20 % young adults, 36 % adults ages 30?49, 7 % older adults 50 +). Group therapy: 114 sessions with 550 total participations. Youth groups included Healing Together and GIVE East; adult groups were offered in English and Spanish; parent support groups served non-offending caregivers in both languages. The Wholeness Collective offered 91 healing sessions to 537 participants (175 unique) featuring trauma-informed yoga, movement, art therapy, peer support, and wellness workshops. Staff made 476 warm referrals to trauma-informed therapists and distributed financial aid for 40 sessions through the Crisis Support & Resilience Fund. Modalities included TF-CBT, EMDR, and CPT evidence-based treatments.

Professional Education & Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Training: Mosaic Georgia facilitated 65 professional-education sessions for 2,341 participants, including law enforcement, prosecutors, medical providers, educators, social service agencies, and college audiences. Topics included trauma-informed investigation and care, Title IX compliance, ACE awareness, mandated reporting, and expert testimony. A subset of professional education was the statewide SANE Support Network (33 sessions; 388 participations; 60 unique practitioners from 25 programs) providing didactic training, clinical skills labs, expert witness workshops, peer review, and real-time consultation
