Weatherization program the weatherization program weatherized 55 homes with liheap, doe and apco funds. Some of the weatherization techniques included furnace replacement, sealing air leakage, wrapping hot water heaters, replacing broken windows and/or doors, blowing insulation into attics and outside walls of homes, installing smoke detectors and co2 detectors, all in an effort to help clients reduce their home heating/cooling costs, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.

The agency has other programs within its organizaiton which benefits the residents in it's service area. The purpose of these programs is to coordinate, evaluate and administer programs directed toward the elimination of poverty & the enabling of low income families & individuals of all ages within the service area to attain the skills, knowledge, motivation and opportunity to become self sufficient.
