To promote the teaching of feldenkrais as an alternative approach to health care by offering training in the feldenkrais method, providing information to the public and making feldenkrais related materials available to the public at cost. The feldenkrais method is designed to help people become aware of the connection between their body adn their mind and is a type of bodywork/physical therapy/psychological treatment.
