The corporation is a religious not-for-profit entity, organized to share the good news of the love of god to all people. The corporation provided retreats (small courses known as cursillios) to help guide people to experience god's love, and to help them have a personal encounter with themselves, christ and others. The corporation also provides spiritual advisement to individuals in need, especially to those who have lost their way. The corporation also provides spiritual advisement to help provide a vital relationship with christ in accordance with the traditions of the christian, through mission outreach, leadership and discipleship, and assist these individuals in their spiritual, personal and community development.

The organization is a lay movement of the catholic church that originated in spain around 1944. The movememnt expanded to all of the countries around the world where catholic churches were located. The organization serves to share, guide, advise and strengthen one's spiritual journey with jesus christ our savior in accordance with christian faith and tradition. It achieves this by being faithful to the lay movement's mentality, essence and true purpose and phases of its method. The activity was conducted by lay individuals, as supervised by an eventual executive director, subject to ther approval of the board of directors. The activity was conducted in the form of various retreats located in nassau county, new york and suffolk county, new york. The total amount of time that was allocated to the activity by the organization was 100 percent. Funding for the activity was through contributions, donations and grants.
