Mqvn community development corporation's (mqvn-cdc) mission is to preserve and promote a unique diversity and improvement of the lives of residents and small businesses in new orleans east and greater new orleans. We are focusing on facilitating community access to services and resources, and to promote and provide quality healthcare and education, as well as business revitalization and development.
