Organization is a consortium of member colleges and universities conducting research to develop advanced digital communication services to support scientific research. Organization is currently working to develop technologies referred to as "next generation internet" applications and the development of cyber-infrastructure. These advances in digital communications are necessary to aid the member colleges and universities to conduct their scientific research.
