To assist with the many unmet needs faced by multiple sclerosis patients, their families and caregivers by helping patients with limited financial resources obtain durable medical equipment, home modifications, gym memberships, home physical therapy assessments and more. The organization also supports educational programs and a financial assistance program for people with multiple sclerosis.
