Interpretation and outreach - funding of merchandising and operation of two visitor centers, volunteer assistance programs, school and jr. Ranger programs, interpretive talks and events, hikes, native plant garden, and interpretive website.

Maintenance of park facilities - funding of park maintenance projects and events, including earth day and other park restoration events, trail maintenance and signage, trash removal and purchase of park equipment.
