the mission of MTS Sickle Cell Foundation is to increase the publics awareness of sickle cell disease by supporting education awareness and research pertaining to sickle cell anemia as well as providing support to families affected by this life threatening disease

Warrior On The Rise Scholarship Program is to support Sickle Cell Disease patients and their families in the United States. The program gives warriors and their family members the opportunity to continue their education and pursue their college dreams.
The Annual Holiday Breakfast is a yearly initiative to raise awareness of sickle cell disease and to support families affected by the illness with breakfast, gifts, Santa and all things to make the holiday joyous and also with speakers to discuss new treatments and curative options.
Sickle Cell Disease Family Support - provides families with small funds to support different family needs in the form of gift cards to support utilities, rent, funeral costs, etc. particularly because many families have zero to one wage earner because of the frequency of their sickler being hospitalized.
International Support of families with children with sickle cell disease in Liberia, Africa
Georgia Public Libraries Awareness Program supports efforts in Georgia through MTS Sickle Cell Foundation, in collaboration with the Georgia Sickle Cell Data Collection Program at Georgia State University, to help raise awareness surrounding Sickle Cell Disease and Sickle Cell Trait through the 409 public library facilities across Georgia, with the potential of reaching up to 10.8 million library card holders.
