The primary purpose of msp is to enable multicare health system (multicare), a washington nonprofit corporation described in section501(c)(3) of the code, to combine multicare's oncology services with the oncology services currently provided by rainier physicians, pc, a washington professional services corporation (rp), through northwest medical specialties, p.l.l.c., a washington professionallimited liability company (nms), all with the objective of expanding the accessibility in the state of washington to high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centric oncology services to fulfill an unmet community need.
