Mission
MSSPA is a community-driven Latina association of over 1000 Child Development educators, program owners, directors in the District of Columbia. The Multicultural Spanish Speaking Providers Association (MSSPA) is a community stakeholder that works with educational institutions to increase access to post secondary education for early educators employed in licensed child development facilities in the District.Most of our effort to date has been to expand and strengthen the pathways for the growing Hispanic workforce that represent more than 30% of the childcare sector. Therefore, Training and Labor Equity are our main activities.
