To provide training and guidance to sub-districts to help them achieve their goals of community service. Types of community services provided are eye care including eyeglass recycling center, purchase of eyeglasses for those who cannot afford the cost, assistance in food bank programs, diabetics awareness programs, aid to the elderly such as building wheel chair ramps, home maintenance for the elderly, scholarship programs, etc.
