Multisport 360 provides year-round baseball and softball training and competitive opportunities for youth athletes in Grays Harbor County Programs include skill development clinics structured team practices league and tournament participation and age-appropriate coaching focused on athletic development teamwork and sportsmanship During the reporting year approximately 200 youth athletes between the ages of 7 and 18 participated across multiple programs including recreational teams travel teams and high schoolaged development programs Many participants come from low-income households and would otherwise lack access to consistent training and organized competition Program expenses primarily include facility operations coaching stipends equipment insurance and tournament entry fees
