The purpose of this organization is to provide the opportunity for professional development and the advancement of the profession of local government management through training, education, and networking.

Develop and host a one-day Women's Leadership Summit to provide educational courses, motivational speakers and networking opportunities to over 150 of our members.
General administration and professional services related to the programs.
Develop and host a one-day Winter Forum to provide educational courses, motivational speakers and networking opportunities approximately 85 of our members.
A full day Summer educational event hosting over 85 of our members.
Hosting various regional educational and networking events for a wide range of member attendees.
