Murphy Oil Charitable Foundation

The Murphy Oil Charitable Foundation (the Foundation) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. The sole activities of the Foundation will be to conduct charitable fundraising events (for example, charitable golf events, charitable walks for various causes) to raise monies for charitable purposes as well as to promote philanthropy generally by raising awareness of both local charities and the community needs sought to be addressed by the Foundation and local charities.
