Mission
Musana community development organization exists solely to support programs and capital development of the musana ngo in uganda, which is working towards self-sustainability. Mcdo provides both financial support and expertise in areas such as construction, craft skills, education, and financial reporting.

Mcdo has purchased land and is planning on replicating into two new locations; mayuge and budaka district. In 2024, in kamuli mcdo launched the construction of musana vocational high school, completed the construction of our hotel & restaurant, and opened our 3rd musana hospital. In kaliro, mcdo established the musana empowerment center, where women are gaining skills to become job creators.
