Keybank n.a., as trustee, distributes the net income fromthis trust to be used for the up-keep andoperation of the musical arts association music hall and as an endowment fund for the maintenance ,operation and/or support of a symphony orchestra under agreement dated march 19, 1929. Under the ohio institutional trust fundsact of 1999, the beneficiaries have chosen to receive themaximum of income based on the greater of 5% of afv ortraditional income. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needsand activities of each beneficiary organization in the attainment ofits mission.please note that the beneficiary organization has the right to remove and /or appoint the trustee.
