Benevolence- assist ministry leaders who were going through times of death, tornado aftermath, having to put their spouses into memory care scrambling to pay for their own needs while making sure their churchs were adequately supplied first,helping give leaders a much needed respite away from their churches for their own mental health to become replensihed.

Honor gifts- over 515 leaders are honored on special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, ministry anniversaries, ect. We also work hard to let them know they are approcated when exerting uncommon effort or exhibiting uncomon intangible qualities that are needed in the ministry profession. We don't honor people for how much money they've given, but we do honor self sacrifice. We do honor tenacity through tough times. We do honor leaders for faithfulness in the work of ministry.

Missions- provide hospital equipment in calcutta, india for medical ministry leaders to be better equipped. Help to supply a roon for a respite ministry house in north carolina. Paid travel expenses for 7 missionary families to be in the us in between their global assignments.paid for new church plant sound equipment. Paid the travel cost for a young missionary's journey to south america. Pastoral visitation- many times the one thing leaders need is the power of your presence. Just to sit down over a table, buy their dinner and let them pour out their hearts and get the cares of life off their shoulders. That is what this arm of the ministry does. It gets us to the table or the funeral or whatever the crisis. Beond the obvoius, you have to show up and build relationships before leaders will be candid enough for us to even know they are in need. Leaders resources- provides boots on the ground, one on one and group support through roundtable seminars, 4 weekly zoom calls, weekend training sessions and print materials that have all helped to keepour leaders encouraged and connected. We regulary train 100 plus pastors every weekthrough zoom calls alone.
