MBK operates 5 CRS (community residential services) sites. Each house is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Each home provides a comfortable living environment for 4 people, each with their own bedrooms. All CRS sites have transportation available for people so that they may attend medical appointments, work, and group activities. MBK provides services that are fully person centered. We provide initial and continuous training to our staff on 245d requirements and person-centered supports so we can provide cares that are tailored to each person's specific needs.
MBK also provides IHS (individualized home supports), homemaking, respite and ICLS (Individual community living support) waivered services. These services provide things like meal preparation, budgeting, personal needs, shopping, cleaning, and transporting to medical and other appointments. These services are person centered and help people achieve and maintain independence along with community integration through the development and training of skills that are unique to each individual. This service focuses on mental health and wellness for adults with disabilities. Staff are trained per 245d requirements.
