The foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes and specifically, to provide economic and social assistance to youth between 5-23 who reside in livonia, livingston county, ny or who, having graduated from the livonia central school system enrolled as a full time student in a post secondary educational institution and who are rendered in need of such assistance due to the loss of one or both parents or extreme financial hardship
