Myles M Beringer Foundation Inc

The purpose of this foundation is to benefit one or more of the following three organizations:the united church of rowayton, the community cooperative nursery school of rowayton, or the pediatric cardiology unit of the yale new haven children's hospital. All three of these organizations are non-profit organizations that myles m beringer benefited from during his short three and one half years with us. Other benefactors of this foundation shall be limited to worthwhile 501c(3) organizations involving children.
