The N3396F Flying Club, Inc. was formally incorporated in August of 2023 in the State of Ohio to provide its members with a social and recreational outlet for flying a general aviation aircraft owned by the organization. The aircraft the members fly is owned by the club for social and recreational purposes. The aircraft is a Cessna 182. The activities of the organization are entirely social and recreational in nature and function. Members are Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificated pilots. Member guests may ride along in flights strictly for social and recreational purposes. The members operate the aircraft exclusively for recreational (non-commercial) purposes so they can maintain and advance their small aircraft flying skills, socialize with other members, fly locally in the United States for recreation, and share the cost of aircraft operating expenses among themselves.
