Nakani Native Program

The cultural connections program helps build resilience in our native children placed in the foster care system. We do this by providing cultural, spiritual and indigenous teachings and practices that will help the children develop a strong sense of cultural indentity, while simultaneously embracing and supporting foster parents by sharing the beauty and strength of indigenous teachings.

Community events - we strive to increase indigenous cultural representation in an educational format, fostering a sense of place and connection with the tribal community for all attendees.
