Advocacy: nami pays travel expenses for staff & volunteers to travel the state giving educational seminars and attending pertinent seminars; conference and seminar fees are also paid for outreach & advocacy purposes.

Education: the office publishes a quarterly newsletter which is sent to members, politicians, professionals and consumers. The newsletter deals with nami activities. Our helpline/internet site provides direct help and information.
