NAMI Treasure Coast FL is a local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by mental illness in the Treasure Coast region. Their mission is to advocate for better lives for those individuals who have a mental illness. As part of the broader NAMI network NAMI Treasure Coast offers a range of programs and services including support groups educational classes and advocacy initiatives all aimed at promoting mental health awareness and providing assistance to those in need. Their efforts are rooted in the belief that mental illnesses are medical conditions that can affect anyone and that recovery is possible with the right support and resources.

Our affiliate facilitates peer-led support groups including NAMI Family Support Group and NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group. These safe confidential spaces allow individuals living with a mental health condition-and their loved ones-to share experiences gain support and foster hope.
NAMI Treasure Coast delivers evidence-based presentations such as In Our Own Voice IOOV Ending the Silence ETS and Crisis Intervention Team CIT training. These programs educate youth families law enforcement and the public on mental health conditions reduce stigma and promote early intervention and recovery. Presentations are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience and are offered at no cost throughout the region.
