To maintain a fleet of identical sailboats for the promotion of racing in the nantucket community and for promoting interaction with other fleets. In an effort to keep all boats as equal as possible, they shall be maintained and tuned in a like manner, thus focusing the competition on the skills of helmsperson and crew.
