Brown street gallery is a small, art focused day program providing services to 30 adults, many with severe developmental disabilities. Participants can earn income through the sale of their creative expressions. This year the gallery significantly increased art sales and participated in more events coming out of the covid-19 pandemic restrictions. Volunteering and community service increased significantly which builds confidence and further enhances independence.
Napa personnel systems is an employment focused program open to individuals with any significant disability which impacts ability to obtain or maintain successful employment. This program was highly successful in the current fy, as people came out of covid restrictions and sought meaningful employment opportunities. Supports increased by over 13%, and referrals increased for the program by approximately 20% after january.
